Nominations are open for any category of public service, reflecting the diverse ways in which Utahns contribute to their communities. Examples of categories include, but are not limited to:
Mentorship: Recognizing individuals who have given their time and talents to shaping minds through experience.
Volunteerism: Those who have volunteered their time to support local groups, charities, events, or causes.
Humanitarian Service / Care: Acknowledging those who have provided compassionate care to Utahns.
Education: Those who have fostered positive education through personal instruction, public media.
Other categories: Please make your suggestions on the submission form.
No acts of service are too small—if it has made a lasting impact over at least a 15+ year time-frame, it deserves to be recognized.
To ensure that nominations reflect the true spirit of this initiative, we ask that each submission meet the following criteria:
Duration of Service: Nominees must have provided consistent public service in Utah for at least 15+ years. General date/s and locations should be documented.
Endorsements: Each nomination must include at least three written testimonials/endorsements from at least three individuals (verifiable sources). These endorsements should detail the nominee’s contributions, their impact, and why they deserve recognition. Verifiable sources must provide their email, physical home address in Utah, and phone number to ensure authenticity.
Submission Process: Nominations can be submitted through the UtahGuide.com website. Use the dedicated form to make your nomination. All submissions will be reviewed by a panel to ensure they meet the criteria and reflect the values of the Hall of Fame.
