Strawberry or as the locals like to call it “The Berry”, is Utah’s number one trout fishing location boasting clear waters and trophy sized trout. Here at Strawberry you will find Cutthroat Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee Salmon fishing. Strawberry Reservoir is enjoyed all year long for great swimming, boating, hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, and of course fishing.

Heber is the nearest city to Strawberry Reservoir. In Heber you can find plenty of dining, lodging, and entertainment opportunities.

The two campgrounds at Strawberry are full service with toilets, fire pits, and more. Nearby, Heber offers hotels, motels, vacation rentals, bed and breakfasts, RV accommodations, and more camping options.

There is a restaurant and lodge at the Strawberry Bay Marina. Heber Valley is close and has a wide variety of food, drink, grocery, and supplies. Two Heber favorites are Dairy Keen and Back 40.
Seasons
Strawberry Reservoir has pleasant summer temperatures rarely reaching over 90 degrees. The water can be a bit chilly as it only gets as warm as 75 degrees. Spring and Fall are very pleasant but can be a little chilly, perfect for great fishing. Winter Strawberry Reservoir will ice over and snowmobilers can be found out getting premier access to the fishing.
Pets
Leashed pets are permitted at Strawberry. Dogs are allowed in the water at Strawberry. Be sure to clean up after your pets.
