Conveniently located near I-15, this urban oasis is easily accessible right off 1300 East. Spread over 600 acres, this park is an ideal spot for beginners as well as experienced riders. You'll feel a world away from the city once you descend into the ravine and get on to the Wrangler Trailhead. Here, you can follow a stream and trot into the shade of a tranquil, wooded area while your horse quenches its thirst. Don't miss the opportunity to make unforgettable memories at this equestrian paradise.


Midway

Visit Midway and take in views of the Wasatch Mountains as you ride your horse through the meadows. Home to Soldier Hollow Olympic Park, this quaint mountain town is great for hikers and equestrians. With trails suitable for all levels, finding something that suits your needs is easy. Gambel Oak, a popular destination for horseback riding, has become a favorite of horseback riders. The forest has a soft dirt base and wonderful oak groves, making it a great place to explore on horseback. However, the ground can become quite sticky during the spring, which is why it's best to ride here during the summer months. If you're looking for an alternative trail option, consider the Cottontail Loop. This easy trail on the north side of the parking area offers fantastic vistas of the Heber Valley and loops right back to the parking lot.
