SeventyOne on 9320 Cliff Lodge Dr. is a fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Snowbird Ski Resort. This sophisticated eatery specializes in modern American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients and contemporary flavors. The menu features classic dishes such as House-Smoked St. Louis Ribs, Salt & Pepper Salmon and Chicken Cordon Bleu, as well as several seasonal specials. The restaurant has an extensive wine list and craft cocktails, providing guests with the perfect pairing for their meal. SeventyOne is open in the morning from 7-11 AM and for dinner nightly from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Steak Pit Restaurant
Steak Pit Restaurant on 9385 Snowbird Center Dr #092 is a casual dining spot located in the resort’s mid-mountain area. This popular spot serves up hearty American fare, emphasizing steaks and burgers. The menu features classic dishes such as the New York Strip, 16 OZ. Iberian Tomahawk Pork Chop and Grilled Salmon Fillet. Additionally, there are several vegetarian dishes available. The restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday 5-9 PM.
The Aerie
The Aerie on 9320 Cliff Lodge Dr #88 is a fine-dining restaurant located atop the Snowbird Center. This elegant eatery serves modern American cuisine with stunning views of Little Cottonwood Canyon and the surrounding peaks. The menu features unique dishes such as Roasted Mary's Chicken, Sauteed Ruby Idaho Trout and Bison Cowboy Rib-eye. The Aerie also offers an extensive selection of wines, beers and craft cocktails. The restaurant is open Monday-Sunday 5 to 10 PM.
Mid-Gad Restaurant
Mid-Gad Restaurant on 9385 S Snowbird Center Dr is a casual dining spot located in the resort’s mid-mountain area. This popular eatery serves up classic American fare such as Burgers, Fries and Hot Dogs. Mid-Gad Restaurant is open Monday-Sunday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. There is something for everyone at Mid-Gad Restaurant, perfect for fueling up after a day on the slopes!
Tram Club
Tram Club on 9385 S Snowbird Center Trail, # C01 is a casual cocktail bar and dining spot located in the resort’s mid-mountain area. This popular eatery serves up classic American fare such as sandwiches, pizza and loaded fries. The bar also offers an extensive selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Enjoy a meal with friends or catch the game on one of the many flat-screen TVs. The Tram Club is open Monday-Sunday from 12 PM to 8.
The Summit at Snowbird
The Summit at Snowbird on 9385 S. Snowbird Center Drive is a high-end restaurant located at the peak of Snowbird Ski Resort. Guests can enjoy a range of unique menu items that include Mediterranean Focaccia, Pulled Rotisserie Chicken and Double R Ranch Beef Meatloaf. The restaurant has a modern yet cozy atmosphere with panoramic views of the stunning mountain peaks. Whether it’s for a romantic dinner or a casual lunch with friends, The Summit is the perfect spot to enjoy quality cuisine and breathtaking scenery. The Summit is open Friday-Sunday 11 AM to 1 PM.
The Lodge Bistro
The Lodge Bistro on 9260 Lodge Dr. is a casual dining spot located at the base of the Snowbird Ski Resort. This popular spot serves up classic American fare such as Burgers, Fries and Hot Dogs. The restaurant also offers an impressive selection of craft beers and wines. The Lodge Bistro is currently closed for the season but will be open again during the fall and winter seasons.
