Lodging/Camping in Bryce Canyon National Park

Most popular option

Lodging in Bryce Canyon National Park offers a variety of options for visitors. From camping to cozy cabins, there is something for everyone.

Camping is the most popular option when it comes to lodging in Bryce Canyon. With numerous campgrounds located throughout the park, you can find plenty of places to pitch your tent or set up an RV. There are both developed and primitive campgrounds, so the experience you’re looking for will surely be found. Developed campgrounds have restrooms with running water, picnic tables, and fire rings. Primitive campgrounds are more rustic; they do not have running water or toilets, so visitors should bring their own supplies.

Camping

North Campground

North Campground is the largest campground in Bryce Canyon National Park. The campground is conveniently located across from the Visitor Center and offers 100 campsites divided into 4 loops: A, B, C, and D. Loops A and B cater to RV campers, while Loops C and D are specifically for tent campers (although all loops allow tents). Please note that there are no sewer, water, or electrical hook-ups available at the campsites. However, during the summer months, a dump station is accessible near the North Campground, and its use is included in the campsite fee. Additionally, there is potable water available near the dump station. The North Campground is conveniently situated near the Visitor Center, General Store, and Fairyland Loop/Rim Trail, offering easy access to these amenities and attractions.

Sunset Campground

Discover the picturesque Sunset Campground, situated just west of Sunset Point in beautiful Bryce Canyon. This hidden gem features 99 sites distributed among three loops: Loop A, perfect for RV enthusiasts, and Loops B & C, reserved exclusively for tent campers.

While amenities such as sewer, water, and electrical hook-ups are not provided, don't worry - we've got you covered. During the summer months, a convenient dump station near the North Campground offers complimentary use with your campsite fee. Additionally, potable water can be found near the dump station, ensuring all your needs are met.

Convenience is key at Sunset Campground. Not only is it near Sunset Point, but it also boasts a shuttle stop right at its entrance. So, whether you're looking to explore the enchanting beauty of Bryce Canyon or simply relax amidst nature, Sunset Campground is the ideal destination for your next adventure.
